Garlic Butter Hasselback Jersey Royals ?
Sometimes I just stare off into space and think about…garlic butter ? This happened to me earlier, and I knew I had some Jersey Royals waiting to be cooked so that was dinner planned…! When I got home I sliced my potatoes hasselback style and roasted them in a pool of butter, olive oil and garlic with a lovely peppery blend (you can see some ingredients in my stories) for a good hour. Before finishing with fresh thyme and sea salt. A side dish for steak tonight ?
