RUMP STEAK, SHIITAKE SAUCE + PANKO ROSEMARY FRIES:
Remember those mushrooms I picked up yesterday… well I made a delicious shiitake cream sauce to go with some rather good (marmite sous vide) rump steak I picked up at my local farm shop. Oh those fries? They’re just my panko crusted roast potatoes in chip form. Happy Sunday! More cooking spam going in stories in case you’re interested in how I made this ?
