Pass me a hunk of buttered bread – there’s a pan that needs a moppin’! ? Here’s the last of the tomatoes and tomatillos from mother’s garden; roasted to jammy perfection alongside some garlic cloves, roughly chopped red peppers and onions, plus a few good quality sausages! Whilst this *could* be the base of many meals, I think all this goodness between a couple of slices of bread will do just fine for a midweek meal, don’t you?
