Sticky, Lemony Fried Chicken Rice Bowl ?

I looove a fried chicken night and this one’s got a nice little tang that makes it feel clean and not too heavy (thanks to some Thai style spicing and fresh lemon).

To be completely honest this was one of those ‘what’s in the cupboard’ meals, where I just grab a load of things (in this case to go with some chicken) and make something happen – it’s mostly how I cook and I love it!
