I almost forgot…it’s Bonfire Night! ?
Instead of watching fireworks at the village pub, this year I’ll be watching my log-burning fire at home whilst staring at these sausages – bangers are a must on Bonfire Night IMO.
I just cooked these in the oven (gas 5/190c – 45mins ish) with cherry tomatoes and thin slices of red onion; all the flavours and juices come together in sticky deliciousness to make the base for many a meal, or side dish (pasta, mac’n’cheese, jacket spuds etc.)?
