SPELT MOCHA BROWNIES:
I’m not going to tell you how many of these I’ve eaten during lockdown…but I recommend you join me! These are fudgy and gooey with that flaky crinkle top, thanks to some egg whipping inspiration from halfbakedharvest. I’ve filled these with white chocolate chunks (for extra chocolatey reasons), added coffee for a mocha twist (plus it helps to bring out the flavour of the chocolate) and I’ve opted for spelt flour for it’s fantastic ‘nutty’ flavour and added texture.
