Brunch Bagel with Tarragon Hollandaise ?
This is one of my most favourite brunches, originally eaten at Forest Fungi in Dawlish (award winning mushroom farm on my doorstep ?) and I can’t wait to get back there for regular weekend treats! Our homemade version (Matt makes the best hollandaise) consists of a sesame bagel topped with: a perfectly poached egg, smoked streaky bacon, baby chestnut mushrooms and that homemade hollandaise sauce, spiked with a little tarragon.
