BANGERS AND MASH WITH CARAMELISED ONION GRAVY:
Does it count as a roast if I cooked my sausages in the oven? ? …After a lovely afternoon dog walk I fancied something homely and comforting – good ol’ bangers and mash! Made with some yummy chipolata sausages, a caramelised red onion gravy (made with beef stock, fresh sage + rosemary and a little balsamic), a buttery mash that I jazzed up with a big dollop of Cider & Horseradish Mustard (gifted from stokes_sauces – thank you it’s delicious!) plus some sweet petit pois and mangetouts on the side for that classic meat and two veg vibe ?
