HOMEMADE PIZZA NIGHT:
Who’s having pizza tonight? It’s finally Friday so we made homemade pizzas for our dinner; as usual Matt makes the dough and I prepare the toppings! Whilst I absolutely love the combination in the pic (roasted butternut squash, maple candied bacon and red chilli on a béchamel white base) I went for a farmhouse style one tonight where thin slices of porchetta and sautéed garlic mushrooms join fresh rosemary and mascarpone on a passata base with plenty of mozzarella (don’t worry I’ll share a pic of this one soon!). The only question is… what toppings would YOU go for?
