Creamy Coconut Masala with Grilled Paneer ?
Looking for something to go with that delicious garlic butter naan (thanks for all the LOVE on my previous post)? Well this is what I served mine with: a creamy coconut sauce made with fresh tomatoes, red onions, fragrant ginger and coriander that’s spiced with tandoori masala, fenugreek, pepper and garam masala. I love this blend; the base is actually vegan (and SO versatile to adapt) but that soon turned to veggie over here because I added a generous helping of grilled paneer and a splash of cream.
