Avocado and Streaky Bacon Brunch ?

I haven’t had this in so long; I know the ‘avocado toast’ is a bit of an Instagram staple but I genuinely love eating it – especially with crisp streaky bacon and fresh herbs:

? Oak & Beech Smoked Dry Cure Streaky Bacon [gifted: thejollyhog]

? One fat piece of seeded bread, heavily toasted on one side and a little lighter on the other – which was then rested on the cooked bacon for a min to soak up some flavour

? An actual ripe avocado smashed and sliced with a few drops of fresh lemon

Everything was layered up and served with sprinkles of sea salt and mix pepper, sesame seeds and fresh basil ?
