SAUSAGE AND LENTIL SHEET PAN DINNER:
If you eat meat, good quality sausages have got to be one of the most versatile products going IMO. I love how you can eat them hot or cold, in or out of their skin and with pretty much anything…Make a ragù, or some meatballs OR make this butternut squash, sausages and lentil tray bake! It’s a fab one for using up whatever veg you’ve got going (and if you’re veggie/vegan it’s fairly easy to adapt and just loose the sausages); I even made a little dressing with a rogue clementine > how-to is already in the highlights at the top of my feed, so just scroll a little to the end if you want to view ?
