My current favourite flavour combo, now in sheetpan form! Juicy chicken thighs meet chipotle, herbs de provence, steak seasoning, orange zest, thyme and olive oil. Before being roasted until golden and crisp alongside red onion, bell pepper, mini apache potatoes and orange segments for a twist on my Sunshine Chicken Traybake. So good and so easy (and also perfect for the BBQ)! …After a long day sorting out our garden I’m tucking into the leftovers with some French Camargue red rice.
