MORE THAN ‘JUST’ A SIDE, SAAG PANEER CURRY:
So last week I was traveling for business and came home to an absolute FEAST of Indian delights (I’m a Senior Content Marketing Manager during the day and some of my lovely clients are in Germany – you may have seen my stories!). My other half must of missed me as he made this gorgeous saag paneer dish with tons of fresh and frozen spinach, delicious panner cheese and cream (probably lots of cream), plus blitzed onions, ginger, garlic, green chilli as well as turmeric and garam masala – I have a feeling he looked up the ingredients via bbcgoodfood then just winged it. Amazingly good (which is why I’m sharing it for your inspiration!). He also made homemade naan breads, empire roast chicken and a roast cauliflower curry…so it really was a feast! Maybe I should go away more often?! Happy start to the week foodies ?
