Honey Mustard Sausage Sheetpan ?
A long week called for an easy dinner! I loaded up my oven trays (two so things have enough room to roast rather than steam) with a pack of sausages, a couple large potatoes chunked up, 1/2 pack tomatoes, 2 red onions, 1 aubergine.
Then drizzled over some olive oil, a good sprinkle of garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper, plus fresh rosemary.
They cooked for 1 hour gas 5/190c (mixing about every so often). For the last 10mins I combined everything into 1 tray and dressed with: 4tsp honey, 1tsp (heaped) wholegrain mustard, 2tsp just boiled water. Then served with crusty bread and salad (and a beer – happy weekend!) ?
