CHICKEN BONE BROTH SOUP:
Sharing this simple soup for the soul tonight. Homemade chicken bone broth with thinly sliced mushrooms, carrots and spring onions. I added some dulse seaweed, parsley and miso to flavour plus a little orzo to bulk it out. This was my lunch today (how-to in stories); a frugal no waste meal, packed full of minerals and healthy nutrients – super delicious too! It’s all about balance right ?
