FARMHOUSE STYLE WOOD-FIRED PIZZA:
If pizza was the only option, how would you top yours? ?

It’s too hard to choose right!? …I guess I’m going to have to keep trying alllll the toppings until I make up my mind! I thought it was about time I shared one of the delicious pizzas we’ve been cooking up on the Ooni Karu (I know a few of you have been drooling all over your phones as I share on stories!); this one was a pimped up farmhouse style with thin slices of porchetta, chestnut mushrooms, black garlic, fresh rosemary, mascarpone and mozzarella. SO GOOD and the crust was also brushed with a mix of garlic and olive oil a few times during cooking – a total game changer! My standard pizza dough recipe is up in highlights if you’re looking for a non-sourdough variety ?

  1. That looks mighty fine! I LOVE any type of pizza, even ham and pineapple. I do love bbq sauce, chicken, red onion, sweetcorn and green chillies atm. Love chillies on a pizza xx
