Having a sofa Saturday night tonight with this big ol’ cast iron pan filled with layers of tortilla chips. I loaded them up with chilli beef, coriander, red onions, red chilli, avocado, spring onions and alllll the cheese. So good with a side of crème fraîche for dipping! Happy weekend foodies ?
