Poultry can be cooked tasty and quickly using all known cooking methods: boiled, baked, fried, stewed, grilled, steamed, deep-fried, in the oven or in a slow cooker. Chicken dishes are varied in nature: they can be light and dietary, or hearty and spicy.

Chicken roll with cheese and prunes

Remove pits from prunes, rinse well. Rinse the chicken carcasses under water, cut off the films and veins.  Carefully beat each side of the chicken, spread mayonnaise over the entire surface, season with black pepper and salt.

Place prunes on the finished fillet and sprinkle grated cheese on top. Roll each piece of breast into a roll, turning the edges inward.  After this time, a simple and tasty dish for the second is ready!

Homemade chicken nuggets

Rinse chicken fillets under water and dry with a napkin. Chop the bread into small pieces or you can use ready-made breading, adding sesame seeds, salt and spices to taste. Beat the eggs together with mustard until uniform in color. Cut the chicken into strips about 2 cm thick and roll in the resulting sauce, then in bread and sesame breading. Until ready, fry the nuggets on one and the other side in vegetable oil. Serve hot.

Chicken in cheese sauce

Wash the thighs under water, place in a saucepan and add water so that it covers the chicken and is about 2 fingers higher. Simmer the thighs over medium heat for about an hour. After this, add the processed cheese, mix everything thoroughly and let it simmer for another 10 minutes with the stove turned off.

Add chopped garlic, black pepper and salt to taste to the almost finished dish.

Julienne in a bun

Peel the leg and boil in salted water. Add finely chopped oyster mushrooms to the onion, then fry until the juice has completely evaporated. Add chicken to the finished mixture, season generously with sour cream and simmer for 15 minutes.

Place the finished julienne into buns and sprinkle generously with grated cheese.  Serve golden brown buns as a separate dish for lunch or dinner.

Minced chicken meatballs with rice

Rinse rice, boil until half cooked (salt is not needed). While the rice is cooling, grind one onion in a blender into a small cube. Mix the cooled rice with minced chicken and onions. Add the egg to the finished mixture, salt, add seasonings to taste and desire. The minced meatballs are ready!

Wet your hands in water, roll the minced meat into balls the size of a small tangerine and place in a heat-resistant glass dish.

At the same time, prepare the sauce: mix tomato paste with sour cream, add water and chopped fresh herbs. Pour the meatballs with the finished mixture and send the glass form to the oven. Cooking time – 30 minutes at a temperature of 150-200 degrees. Meatballs are juicy and flavorful!

Chicken fillet in puff pastry

This is another quick and easy yummy chicken recipe. You can serve puff pastries as portioned baked goods or as a separate hot dish.

Stir the mixture until smooth. Place a mixture of cheese, eggs, dill and garlic on top. Roll along the long side. Do this carefully so that the cheese filling does not fall out. Without rolling out, cut the puff pastry into eight strips. It is better to use ready-made dough and defrost it in advance to save time.

Wrap each chicken roll with dough in a spiral. Bake the chicken at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Allow the finished dish to cool and serve.

Chicken with quince and pumpkin

From ordinary chicken, using quince and pumpkin, you can make an interesting and non-trivial dish. To give special softness and delicate flavor to chicken meat during cooking, it is enough to add apple juice.

Wash the chilled and gutted chicken under water, dry it and rub the inside with salt. Cut the quince into quarters with a sharp knife, remove the seeds, then chop into slices. Place the prepared quince in a bowl. Cut the lemon in half, squeeze the juice from each half using a tablespoon. Crush the bay leaf and add to the quince.

Stuff the prepared chicken with a mixture of quince, lemon juice and bay leaf (about a third will be needed). Connect the chicken skin with toothpicks and tie the chicken legs with twine. Place the bird on a baking sheet with high sides, coat with vegetable oil and sprinkle with paprika. Cooking time 1.5 hours. During the baking process, baste the chicken with the rendered fat several times so that a fragrant crust appears at the end of cooking.

Half an hour after baking, add apple juice to the chicken. Pour carefully so as not to burn yourself! While the chicken is cooking, trim off the tough skin of the pumpkin, remove the seeds and cut into wedges. Peel both onions and roughly chop into about 6-8 pieces. Add the vegetables to the bowl with the remaining quince. Grate the ginger root. Mix the shavings with honey and add to the pumpkin and quince. Mix the resulting mixture thoroughly.

After simmering the chicken for an hour and a half in the oven, place the pumpkin and quince with honey and ginger on a baking sheet. Cook for about another half hour. Five minutes before cooking, crumble the remaining bay leaf over the chicken.
