BABY ROMANESCO CHEESE, BAKED WHOLE:
Thank you for the love on yesterday’s roast, not gonna lie it was a beaut! Thanks in part to this cool little side dish, romanesco cheese. So good it deserved its own post. To me this weird looking veg tastes like a mild broccoli/cauliflower type hybrid…and what doesn’t taste amazing when covered in alllll the cheese?!
