I tried the thin egg noodles in this one; they’re nice enough but in my heart I love at least medium egg noods…however my fave are thiiiick udon – you?
I made a really quick sauce to toss them through using light and dark soy, fresh ginger and garlic, a little mirin and sesame, plus coriander to top (no measurements, just a quick flavour combo to suit my tastes). I served my noods with some super crisped-up gyoza that are quietly glistening with a drizzle of sesame oil (I used itsuofficial chicken ones here – not sponsored just my current go to brand for rather good ready-made gyoza…I’m a little obsessed). P.S. It’s Friday tomorrow ?
