HELP YOURSELF SNACK BOARD:
Permanently full but also permanently grazing… I love this weird week between Christmas and New Year where there are no such thing as calories, don’t you? ? Let me walk you around my snack board… I’ve got some beautifully velvety creamy brie that just MELTS in your mouth; paired with some of mother’s sweet achoca chutney! A pineapple cream cheese with almond slivers & papaya pieces to spread all over thin and crisp crackers. I’ve added fresh red & green grapes, fine slices of porchetta, yummy dolmas with rice, red pepper and onion and sun-dried tomatoes. PLUS, since I’m currently a West Country gal, I had to add some tangy Tickler extra mature Devonshire Cheddar and some cute mini pasties; hot and crisp from the oven! Happy eating foodies! ?
