FRIED CHICKEN WITH MAPLE GOCHUJANG GLAZE:
Money can’t buy you happiness…but fried chicken can ?
After seeing a rather impressive stack of fried chicken goodness over on imtheonewhocooks’ feed I think I’m going to have to rustle up some of my own! Ideally paired with my fluffy homemade waffles and sticky maple gochujang glaze. ? ——
GLAZE INGREDIENTS:
150ml (ish) maple syrup
1-2tbsp gochujang (depending on how punchy you like it!)
Juice from half a lemon

METHOD:
1 – mix everything together in a saucepan
2 – gently heat to serve (do not boil)
3 – ummm that’s it! Taste. Adjust. Eat!
