CRISPY FAJITA CHICKEN TACOS:
It’s been a loooooong day, so in all honesty I’m having a beans on toast kinda night. Which is fine, but I’m actually thinking of you…crispy fajita tacos! Here super crunchy chicken meets creamy avocado and a spicy pico de gallo. I topped mine with a little extra mature cheddar. Because cheese. Obvs. ? Chicken recipe in highlights, I’ll add a couple tips for sides later too! Happy mid-week foodies, I can almost see the weekend!
