It’s finally Friday! Hope you’ve all had a fab week, let’s celebrate by staring at this bowl of deliciousness where I’ve smothered homemade hazelnut pesto all over some casarecce pasta! I just love slow roasted tomatoes and red onions so this bowl was packed out with those before adding a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and Parmigiano Reggiano to finish ?
