Sharing board inspiration because food is best when shared (physically together or not!) ?
This was another lunchtime picky board where some homemade pizza dough was repurposed into a ‘focaccia’ with rosemary and sea salt – the perfect vessel for dipping into some beautiful cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil (colive.oil*), za’atar and homemade loaded hummus. I’m a big fan of cheese, so some Emmental had to feature, alongside a little Brunswick ham, sun-soaked tomatoes and crostini for extra dipping and drizzling.
…Tonight I’m entertaining the in-laws so I’ll share some fresh dishes over on stories later; it’s steak night with lots of veggie side dishes so everyone can take whatever they fancy ?
