Pork Belly Udon Noodles ?
We’ve got noooooooods! It’s been so long since I made a bowl of steaming noodles and this was a perfect way to use up some leftover pork belly! It’s got a five spice and ginger flavour thing going on with a good splash of soy and mirin in the mix too – I’ve actually done a walk through on my stories with ingredients and steps (which I will actually save to highlights!) so you can see what I did. When I get a mo, I’ll write-up the recipe too ?
