HASSELBACK + ‘NDUJA PIZZA:
I had a couple of leftover hasselback potatoes, so we made a batch of pizza dough and I popped the slices on there; each topped with a dollop of spicy ‘nduja…the rest was an Italian tomato base (finely chopped ones, straight out the tin) with ripped mozzarella, a little fresh basil and rosemary to top. Simple deliciousness ?
