HONEY CHIPOTLE STEAK TACOS WITH LIME SALSA:
Sometimes you just fancy something quick, fresh and delicious; like tacos! For some sweet heat, I sliced the minute/flank steak super thin then rubbed it all over with some honey chipotle paste I found hiding at the back of the fridge.
