FLANK STEAK NACHOS:
Crisps for dinner is OK right? …It is when you call them nachos! I’ve still got a few fresh ingredients in the fridge, like tomatoes, an avocado, some slightly shabby spring onions and luckily a couple of flank steaks – plus cheese, always cheese. So we decided to make nachos, because it turns out when you work from home, you don’t take proper breaks or lunch and carry on way past normal woking hours…and then you’re suddenly starving and need something to eat quick! So as thankful as I am that I can do my job(s) from anywhere, I’ve noticed my bad habits and will be making an extra effort to ensure both Matt and I take proper breaks and look after our wellbeing; which is especially important right now. It-is-OK-to-step-away-from-the-computer ?
