Comfort carb week nights – is this you too? ?♀️ A riff on cacio e pepe, is my number one go-to on busy weekdays (how-to in highlights a little scroll back) – it’s quick, super tasty and if I’m lucky Matt quite often makes it for me too! Here we’ve jazzed up the spaghetti, cheese and black pepper with a little seasonal asparagus and garlic – delish!
In other news, I am SO GLAD it’s Friday tomorrow, my working week has been so long I’m already thinking about what to have for my weekend brunch…maybe I’ll make waffles but I can never decided between sweet or savoury – any waffle topping ideas out there? ?
