The Big Breakfast ?

We rarely have a ‘big breakfast’ BUT Matt’s mum dropped off a little Valentine’s hamper to our doorstep (she’s so lovely!) so I thought I’d go all out today; massive potato rosti, oven-cooked sausages, mushrooms and tomatoes, grilled bacon, fried egg, buttered toast and baked beans (in a separate dish for me thanks!). This was DELISH and has kept me going all day; happy Valentine’s/Palentine’s/Galentine’s or just a plain ol’ happy Sunday ??
