SUNDAY ROAST WITH ROMANESCO CHEESE:
Remember my whole roasted cauliflower? Well it got an upgrade; for a little twist I used romanesco! These little beauties were the perfect portion size, so I roasted two – whole – in a deliciously cheesy sauce. They paired beautifully with my slow cooked pork belly and roasted mini potatoes.
