How do you like my whole cauliflower cheese? I’ve skipped the macaroni for a slightly lighter take on the dish BUT let me tell you I didn’t miss it…this sauce uses my favourite three cheese blend: Shropshire Red, Extra Mature Tickler Cheddar and Parmigiano Reggiano and it’s divine.
