Softly folded and filled with flavour, this omelette brunch is where it’s at ?
Nutty Swiss Emmental meets sweet honey roast ham and fresh thyme in my za’atar-spiked omelette. I used [gifted] clarence_court’s brilliant Burford Browns eggs for flavour and those amazing yolks, sublimebutter’s award-winning No1 Pink Himalayan butter both in my omelette and to top some extremely flavourful bertinetbakery white sourdough, made the traditional way. All finished with a little helping of sun-soaked tomatoes because I love them ?
