SEASONAL WILD GARLIC RISOTTO:
Creamy, comforting and wholesome; made with simple, yet special ingredients, this wild garlic risotto is all kinds of delicious! I used arborio rice with a humble homemade chicken stock, a splash of crisp sauvignon blanc, salty Parmigiano Reggiano a little lemon zest and a big bunch of wild garlic for this. I picked the wild garlic over the weekend with my mum and sister, my partner Matt and our pup Hudson so this meal is like hygge on a plate to me. Happy start to the week foodies… I’ll share my how-to in stories later (just swap out the stock if you want to keep this 100% veggie) ?
