ROAST PORK, DAUPHINOISE POTATOES + HISPI CABBAGE:
Any one else just been pottering round the house today? I’ve been catching up on boring chores, eating yummies and slow cooking this beautiful dinner (you may have seen my stories!). The pork stayed nice and juicy (and I’ve got tons of leftovers for easy weekday eating), but I thought the dauphinoise would be the star of the show (for me, cheesy carbs usually are!)… and although it was divine, THAT cabbage totally won me over, charred buttery bits, gorgeous flavour and a little crunch from the toasted hazelnuts. YUM! ?
