ROAST CHICKEN, DAUPHINOISE POTATOES + A MARSALA MUSHROOM SAUCE:
All the cosy feels right here! I mean you guys already know how I feel about dauphinoise potatoes… actually, I think we all feel the same way about those (and yes these ones are layered with celeriac too!)… BUT paired with butter-roasted chicken, and a rich, glossy sauce made with marsala wine, stock and chestnut mushrooms takes everything to the next level!
