ROAST BEEF WITH ALL THE TRIMMINGS:
This is an oldie but a goodie! I haven’t made a full-on roast in a while but this particular combination has been on my mind as the season starts to change: blushing roast topside of beef with all my favourite sides – 3 cheese cauliflower cheese (amazing), braised red cabbage (slowly cooked with red wine and balsamic), plus crispy on the outside, fluffy in the middle roasties with roast celeriac and pumpkin. Then there’s some runner beans, explosive Yorkshire puds and a REAL gravy made with all those gorgeous roast beef juices! After describing all that, I’m definitely making a roast again soon! Meanwhile, I’m actually out this evening celebrating 12 years with my partner Matt – cheers! ?
