| PINK ELDERFLOWER SUMMER SPRITZ:
Work’s done and dinner’s on so I’m enjoying a little me time in the garden this evening with a yummy summer mocktail! I’ve mixed some homemade pink elderflower cordial (thanks mum!) with a little sparking water, a squeeze of lemon, some fresh mint and blueberries to create a sweet and refreshing drink. Served in my new I-can’t-believe-it’s-not-crystal acrylic crystal-look tumbler from LakelandUK, because I’m classy… but also sometimes clumsy ? Perfect for a little worry-free alfresco dining! Happy outdoor entertaining foodies!
