PANEER CURRY WITH GARAM MASALA:
It’s finally Friday foodies! Let’s celebrate with all the delicious Friday night foods including, favourite – curry! I blitzed up some fresh tomatoes, red onions, garlic, ginger, red chilli and a yellow pepper then cooked it all out in a little ghee… The main spice blend was garam masala with a pinch of turmeric, extra cumin, black pepper and fenugreek. For the paneer, I marinaded it in natural yoghurt mixed with a tandoori spice blend then grilled them for a little authentic charring before adding them into the sauce. A little pinch of sugar and salt balanced out the flavours before finishing off with fresh coriander and a squeeze of lemon. YUM! What’s your Friday night fave? ?
