ORECCHIETTE CAULIFLOWER CHESSE:
It’s midweek… anyone else in need of a bowl of comfort? …Or maybe make that a whole PAN of comfort? I’m only working 4 days this week, which is fab on the one hand but I still somehow need to fit in 5 days worth of work! ??♀️ This is orecchiette pasta baked with cauliflower in a silky, béchamel sauce made with Tickler Extra Mature Cheddar and a little Parmigiano-Reggiano. It’s one of those dishes that you just want to eat straight out of the pan! Don’t judge. The best part? That CRISPY TOPPING sprinkled with a dusting of smoked paprika ?
