Meltingly Delicious Rolled Brisket Roast ?
This was a lovely piece of rolled boneless brisket, cooked low and slow in red wine and beef stock. Served with roasties (cooked in the rendered beef fat), braised red cabbage and a gooey cauliflower cheese ? Happy Sunday foodies!
