Happy Sunday! Matt whipped up a batch of waffles this weekend… and in a magic fridge-raid moment came up with MAPLE MASCARPONE! He whipped the two together, then crumbled in some cooked smoked streaky bacon. AMAZING. I topped my waffles with extra bacon and a little bee pollen ❤️
