I can’t decide what I like more on this plate, that juicy steak or the cauli–cheese ?
The steak is a ribeye, sous vide with a little rosemary then flash-fried with lots of butter. Served with a super cheesy cauliflower and broccolini bake topped with roasted hazelnuts, and a side of blistered tomatoes. It’s nearly Friday foodies ?
