I am SOY into this ?
My favourite gyoza – all juicy on the inside, crispy and golden on the outside – now in a beautifully easy salad, with added edamame and a homemade miso-honey-soy dressing.
florettesalad asked me to get creative with their new Crispy Asian Inspired Salad mix for this one, so I went for a healthy WFH lunch that reminds me of a favourite Asian restaurant of mine (the chopsticks were also a cute gift from Japan, where my brother and sister-in-law honeymooned last year). I was genuinely impressed by the mix of leaves in this bag: crispy frisée and mizuna and vibrant radicchio with a sprinkling of punchy chilli cress and fragrant micro coriander – the micro leaves are a foodies dream for styling a plate too!
