HOMEMADE PIZZA WITH POTATO + ROSEMARY:
I’ve got the in-laws over for dinner tonight so I’m throwing it back to this simple little pizza: ‘Pizza con Patate’. At first I thought this combo might be a little bland – it’s not – and I’m pleased to report it has quickly become a new found favourite! For my version, I nestled thinly sliced cooked new potatoes into a creamy béchamel base (I make mine with a blend of three cheeses: Shropshire Red, Cornish Cruncher and Parmigiano-Reggiano), before scattering a generous helping of fresh rosemary over the top alongside cracked black pepper. Once cooked, I added more Parmesan! Delish ?
