Seriously though, everything is better with a knob of butter right? This recipe calls for no peeling and no prep – it’s pretty much ‘just chuck it in the oven and let it do its thing’. Crisp, fluffy and full of comforting-yet-fresh flavours, these are an ideal side for so many dishes; this week served with my tarragon chicken skewers (previous post)!
