Hash Browns, Salted Tomato Salad & Peppered Poached Egg ?
I haven’t had one of these hash browns for ages; they’re fab, but for me they’ve got to be cooked for waaaay longer than recommended…I like a proper crispy outside on mine thanks! Paired with a soft poached egg, studded with lots of pepper – thanks to the jamieoliver clingfilm cooking method – and a fresh chopped tomato salad topped with a big pinch of sea salt and a little basil. All the flavours and textures, minimal fuss. Happy Sunday foodies ?
