FUSILLI LUNGHI CARBONARA:
I love this ‘fusilli lunghi col buco’ pasta… it’s so fun and wiggly! Plus it sucks up sauce a treat thanks to its hollowness and all those kinks. I’ve used it here with a classic homemade carbonara sauce (no cream!) but with the addition of cute little baby chestnut mushrooms sautéed in garlic and parsley, thick cut bacon (over pancetta – as that was what was in the fridge) and finely cut rosemary, because I love the taste of it! Such a bowl of comfort. Happy start to the new week foodies! ?
